Buying iPhone from US without contract???

Hopefully not so soon cos in any case I wont reach there sooner nor any one from there would come down here soon.

I do buy a lot at ebay but get afraid to buy the phones there. Rest all stuff like computer or mobile accessories etc I buy a lot at those cheap price or auction or using the discount codes they have.

But you can check whether the item is original or clone if you met in person and pay the seller on the spot. Right?

Ye in person its possible but then there are least possibilities of meeting a seller from the US or other country or may be from a different state within my country. Its possible if the seller is from my city or state easily. But then again if the phone was available here for reasonable price then I would have directly bought it offline
