    Have you already tried CCleaner?
It's a good cleaner of temporary internet files.
Plus, it can also fix some registry and delete unneeded ones.

Get it at CCleaner - Home

Thanks a lot. BTW already downloaded it. One of my friend on another forum suggested me the same one. And after your suggestion now I am well assured that its certainly a great tool.

It's one of the best computer maintenance tool in the world.
Use it along with other softwares like Auslogics Disk Defrag and your computer will be optimized.

Ye I downloaded it and no doubt its great. Almost around 1240 issues fixed after I used the tool for the first time.

Can you imagine that now. And imagine how slow the processes would be in that case.

1240 issues? Wow. That's kinda lots of it.
So your computer is a lot faster now or it is still the same?

LOL it was so fast that it crashed

No doubt it cleaned all the issues but it also deleted some of my software and driver files like exe and dll. Finally had to format and install a new copy of windows. Hopefully everything is fine now.

Cleaned your softwares? That's kinda bad.
Maybe you made a mistake in cleaning. As far as I know, CCLeaner won't delete exe files if ou don't use the Uninstall tool. ;D

May be I misused it in some sense. But then it detected the exe files to be viruses and deleated them. The files were actually my company software files which constantly keep updating and transferring data in and out from the internet.

Well, CCLeaner can't detect viruses, IMO.
But I'm glad everything goes fine now.
