you can use smad antivirus which is from indonesia.. if you want a free one you can use avg .. it is simple and good

Preferably looking for something free. I dont need the extra level of protections like the live scan and all those stuff. What I only want is that it should detect all viruses and trash them instantly. And I have the habit of scanning my PC regularly so that would be more than enough.
