Turn Your Pc On in 10 Seconds

All right so u wanna know how to turn the pc on in 10 seconds right here is what u have to do to turn ur pc on in 10 seconds

Click on the start button then press R it will take u to Run well go to run
n type Regedit
press enter
this will open Registery Editor
now look for the key

HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\ContentIndex

now there find the Key Called
"Startup Delay"
Double Click On It
Now where its Base
Click Decimal
Now its Default Value Is 4800000
Change The Value To 40000
here u go u have done it
now close the Registery Editor and Restart Your Computer
You'll See The Result

how about, just pressing shut down, and then shut down.

Or else:

Start > Run: shutdown.exe -s -t 00

What you wrote it way to much work just to shutdown your computer.
Maybe helpfull if you a VB programmer.

if your computer is the old ones such as cyrix or celeron and just can use windows 95 i think you will need that turn pc on in 10seconds but its all depend on your hardware and computer performance to make sure computer can running fast whatever program or job that you wanna do on your computer:")

Thanks for the info, I will try it and if it works I will be happiest fellow on this earth as I am sick of sitting in front of my PC and waiting for it to start.

Thanks for such a nice information. But will you please confirm that there is no disadvantages of it and it wont harm my computer. I am really afraid to use this kind of tricks ...

I went all the way to Content index but I couldn't find "Startup Delay". Rocky, what computer do you have and when did you purchase it? It might be a lot different then mine.

What he said has nothing to do with shutting down a pc.

What does it mean by '10 seconds'...? As it it's started windows in 10 secs, or it starts to load in 10 secs..?

The first one. It starts Windows in 10 secs. Not starting to load in 10 secs, silly.
