Default Apes can plan for the future, the same as humans.

This is the closest section to science.
Quote:
Apes can plan for their future needs just as we humans can – by using self-control and imagining future events. Mathias and Helena Osvath’s research, from Lunds University Cognitive Science in Sweden, is the first to provide conclusive evidence of advanced planning capacities in non-human species.

In a series of four experiments, Mathias and Helena Osvath investigated whether chimpanzees and orangutans could override immediate drives in favor of future needs, and therefore demonstrate both self-control and the ability to plan ahead, rather than simply fulfill immediate needs through impulsive behavior.
Read on.
And yet people still say we are not anything like apes.

well, we certainly don't look a like.
But i understand what you mean, yet this doesn't really compare up to what the human race has evolved into.
I don't really quite know, if your taking this to the religious circle so ill leave my comment at that.

Humans already have a Future, we needn't plan for it.

That's not what storm implied, when most people look at the Ape race, they think we resemble nothing like them, but nothing is far more from the truth.
Now is already proven that apes, can also plan ahead, like a normal human being could.
Not even metioning the theory, of evolution.

Wow! This is fantastic development! Going by the theory of evolution, it is largely possible that time will come when apes shall have evolved into a more advanced stage of existence, making more complicated plans for their future. Where would humans be by then?

Alright. I'll take it that I knew everything you were talking about, and nod my head.

I believe it's a 99.92% resemblance in DNA.

I think we had something like one chromosome different.

One chromosome different and some very minor differences within other chromosomes.
