I recently got an HP Entertainment Notebook 2100 series with vista -2GB ram n 1.7ghz pentium dualcore. It's doing well but outta 160GB HDD about 30GB is reserved by system files. Also i did not want dell because this hp one is lighter n better.

I am also planning to have one but I do feel that laptop will slow my pace and thats why I would prefer laptop only when I travel. If I am in office or at home than I would prefer desktop instead of laptop.

I used to have one, but laptops for me are more difficult to maintain, replacement parts are hard to come by here in our place and technicians are few. PCs are far better because there is no shortage in the supply of spare parts and you don't have a problem finding people to fix technical problems.
