Change Display Name

I kind of don't like my Display Name. I need to change it......

I don't blame you, it's not that appealing. Letters with alternating case look quite kiddie. Ask an admin to change it, you don't need to put in an entire new system for that.

Sorry but i don't quite agree with this idea. As it will get quite confusing on who is who. As if someone kept changing their names. My suggestion is that if you don't like your username you should maybe just create a new account or ask an administrator to change it.

I was pointing out typos, that wasn't the main point of my post. You seem to be swaying off-topic so as I was saying, why not use a system in which you send a request, an admin checks it and chooses whether or not to change the nick? Assuming you're not disregarding everything I say as a result of some odd grudge you seem to have against me.

Yes. The Username Request change is quite Useful System actually, which I, myself, actually enjoyed having back then. I'm not too sure if they've got a compatible one for vBulletin 3.7 though.

I really liked that system, hopefully one that's compatible with 3.7 will come out soon.

Are you trying to say, that if we make out Username one name. And our Display name another.
For security Reasons?

For Example:

And if you wanted to.. You would have the chance to change it.

Exactly, changing the display name at will, wich will cause the 215 members to change there Display name constantly.
This was the original idea by Planettech, but as it was discussed, most people here considered just adding the username change we had on GzP.

That won't happen, while i'm here.

The most likely change, would be for the Username Request change to be added - of which, will have to be approved by Administrators.

Now, we'd need to find that Modification for the latest upgrade of vBulletin.
