What does FzP Need?

What do you think FzP needs in order to be more active and attract people to participate?

Any ideas are welcome:P

maybe you could reward people for doing things on the sites. Such as make some people moderators, and just things people can work towards perhaps.? Also please read my suggestion which is titled 'The Arcade'.

Maybe a nicer skin. It is ok, but it is kind of like a desert skin. Maybe a couple more posting compitions.

I got 1 idea of getting more people, and getting people to stay active on the forum.

Any board would need them.
FzP needs more interesting/fun mods. I dont mean moderators, but the mods additions that you can add to a forum.

Like GzP had vbplazza, that was a really awsome mod, and everybody liked it.
As you get points for posting and otrher various stuff.
The probem was about the interest rate not working properly, but even if vbplazza interest rate want working properly, it was just great.
(mabe it had something to do with cron jobs? =x)

Well, with VB plazza there are many more options as you can edit stuff that is sold there, and make you own items.

I got a forum running SMF, and added a shop mod. (something similar to vbplazza)
And i added fun stuff like egg someone else avatar. (adds different stuff on the avatar, like an egg, a tomato etc)
Other interesting stuff i added is a pet mod, where you can buy a pet and lv it up, feed it etc. (food is bought in the shop mod)

Just get some fun mods and im sure people will like it. ^^

How about a contest? From the contest starting date, the first one to make 200 posts in 2 days gets $25

That's a good idea. I will probably start a posting contests during the New Year and the prizes will be amazon certificate. I am thinking the first place gets $100, second gets $50 and the third place gets $25

Okay, I'm going to begin my suggestion spree here:

Graphics competitions. We have them at GamerzPlanet. Let's get them here at ForumzPlanet.
Niche sections. This is a general discussion forum, correct? There are more artists and musicians here than you may think.
Section off the general discussion forums into the following sections: Anime, Gaming, Advice, Love, Miscellaneous, Art, Science, Music, and even Politics.

Perhaps a bit more advertising on GamerzPlanet - And I mean that in a non-intrusive manner. The occasional digg or two is also appreciated, if you get what I'm saying.

hacks for games and and forums about games but seperated under the liking of users so they dont get mixed together
