I guess you need more practice then. I'm used to swimming long distance events. It's like a get away for me. You don't hear a lot of things when you're in the water.
I only swim for cross training. I primarily run, so in order to take the load off my legs and muscles, I "swim". Mostly water workouts though. What's good about it is it's a low-impact exercise. Also, it's a full-body workout and very aerobic, good for the lungs.
I can swimming. 4 years ago. I can't swin. So, how i manage to swim today? Its happen when i'm trying to help my brother life when he drowning at river. I'm trying my best even i don't know how to swim. Thanks for that accident. I can swim right now.
Sorry guys I cant say anything about swimming because I really don't know swimming. I just don't like water. I am having some kind of phobia for water.
