Default Swimming Versus Aerobics

In your opinion which one is better?
As for me,I think swimming is better because it moves all parts of our body..
Plus it's not so hot because we sweat in the water..
And if you do aerobics, for sure you'll get exhausted easily..

I also feel that swimming is far better option as it leads to relaxation in spite of strenuous exercise as well as least dependence on others.

I agree swimming is better. Better in physical exertion, mental concentration and focus. And, yes, water is an added bonus!

Well, I think there is no absolute answer to that. It all depends on the person you are asking and on several factors. Like, when the weather is bad and the sea is rough or streams are flooded, then a swimming pool would be a great place to swim. But when the sun is up, then the sea is without doubt the best way to dive.

Some of my friends said it's better to swim in the sea or stream than swimming pool..
They said it's because of the tide at sea and swimming upstream made it more adventurous..

I think swimming is much better than Aerobics ... covered almost all exercises of your body. But Aerobics have one advantage that it do not need any water and can start anywhere...

According to me swimming is better because it is a wonderful exercise. Even in summers you can enjoy swimming and reduce your body temperature.

It's swimming for me, friends!
And as some of us have already mentioned,
the water is an added bonus!
