In your opinion which one is better?
As for me,I think swimming is better because it moves all parts of our body.. Plus it's not so hot because we sweat in the water.. ![]() And if you do aerobics,for sure you'll get exhausted easily.. ![]() |

Well, I think there is no absolute answer to that. It all depends on the person you are asking and on several factors. Like, when the weather is bad and the sea is rough or streams are flooded, then a swimming pool would be a great place to swim. But when the sun is up, then the sea is without doubt the best way to dive.
