Default Indian Politics Leader - Crime back ground

In India Indian Political have crime back ground. There is numerous police case pending against them and they are taking oath to serve the general public.

I really surprised how our constitution can give permission to these peoples. I do not know where this country is heading to ...

The crime background isn't true for every politician out there.
As far as I know there are only some politicians that have some cases pending.

Moreover, for a country's progress, its not the politicians who decide its fate, it's the public who choses them, my brother.

I think the people are the ones who should be blamed in cases like what's happening in your country. Firstly, it was the people who voted to have the kind of constitution that you have now. It wouldn't have come into existence without the people's ratification. Secondly, those politicians you say have criminal backgrounds came to power because they were voted upon by the people. They wouldn't have come to power were they not voted upon by the people.

Whatever happens to a country, it's always the people who are to be blamed.
