To vote!? or not to vote!

Well the title sort of explains it. Would you vote in the election (if you lived in the US)? Please vote and state your reasons as to why you chose that particular option.

Personally, I wouldn't vote. Althouh I do care about politics, I would choose not to vote because I can't really be bothered... And, after all, how much difference can 1 vote make!

I'd vote not for Obama, but for McCain, if I lived in the US. It's quite obvious Obama would Win, so why not give your little support to McCain to let him be a little happier losing ?

Ozzapoo, if everyone were to think like you, then there wouldn't be a new president of the United States. Every vote counts. Sometimes, it's just a matter of that 1 vote, which makes the losing party actually win.

Your not really making any sence, at first you say youd vote for McCain simply because you think he doesn't have to lose harshly, wich is a waste of vote.
If you really want what's best for your country, then you don't vote for someone you pity in the the election.

And yet your telling Ozzapoo, that if everybody though like him, then there wouldn't be no new president.
If everybody though like you, wede have the wrong people winning in the election, cause everybody would pity the're own candidates.

I was going to vote for McCain if I lived in the United States since everyone else would vote for Obama, right ? I'll just give McCain my little vote to cheer him up, that at least there's someone out there who's voting for him still.

I was replying to Ozzapoo's Statement :
He said he wouldn't vote, because he thinks that he's vote wouldn't make a difference to the country. I adviced him against that.

I am pro voting in general , though I'd miss every election in the past years ...lol.
If I were lived in the USA I would vote for Republicans . just don't like Democrats' political views.

And i did the same to you, like you stated if everybody would think like Ozza the we won't have any president.
Same goes for you, if everybody though like you, wede be getting the wrong president.

I can't say Obama would win actually. I saw the news on TV and they said Hillary would win. Obama's in 2nd place. Obama's only has a short way more to go to catch up with Hillary. I'd say it's a 50/50. I would vote for Obama, though.McCain is in 3rd. I mentally think he will stay in 3rd the whole time...

Well if the system works like this it is every citizens' duty to cast vote.It might be the righteous person or the wrong guy the choice is personal, but vote one must cast.
