OMG! Absolutely unique vehicle! I wouldn't think twice before accepting a similar vehicle if its given to me free or at a very cheap price. Is that for the right foot or for the left?

Amazing car.I wonder how much vibration it could handle in Indian roads.But it will be fun to drive this car.Must give credit to the designer for designing such a female oriented car.

Engines don't matter. There are bikes with engines these days, so you can go faster and stuff. But, I really can't tell what the vehicle is.
