iPad anyone?? Any reviews??

No too long that apple released the iphone and now its the iPad. The iPad seem to be attractive in terms of looks and working.

Did any one actually get a chance to try it or had hands on to it. Any reviews??

it slips alot so be careful, drop it and its in half.

Oh got it now. LOL there is no chance of using it again even if you drop it from small heights.

First thing that will crack is the screen. Same thing for iPhone too :D These gadgets need to be handled with great care.

yeah i know, but with iphone and ipod touch you get to by covers, which will decrease the damage when it falls.

Ye the cost factor persists with all apple products. May it be any product you take like the ipod, Mac book, mac air, iphone whatever it may be.

They are not actually meant for laymen.

Apple is such a big brand and all other costs goe to branding of the gadget.
You can get a similar item to iPod or Macbook on different brands but lesser the price.

Ye you can get the iPod but Mac books. Did not know about it. Any company that produces those?? I heard that long back IBM or Toshiba some company used to have the Macbooks but not sure if thats correct and if they still produce them.

I mean, Macbooks are generally laptops, right?
So I'd raher buy another laptop brand which is more cheaper than that. :)

Ye there are laptops but the run a different version of OS called as MAC which the other laptops cant run. Dont know about the specific hardware requirement of them but they are totally different.

And again if I am not mistaken the Macbook of apple is made of Aluminium and not fiber like the other Laptops.

Aluminum? So that's why they are tad expensive.
But I remember seeing an HP laptop that used the metal used by Ferrari cars. That's more awesome than that.:D

But then I think ACER has some Ferari range of Laptops but not sure if the are made of metal body. But then they are also very costly.
